By using BumpLapse, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using BumpLapse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

BumpLapse is a mobile application that allows you to document your pregnancy through photos, voice messages, and journal entries, and to create timelapse videos. All content is stored locally on your device.

3. User Account

BumpLapse does not require an account or registration. The app works entirely offline without any login.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

BumpLapse offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple or Google:

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Free Trial

BumpLapse may offer a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to all premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos, voice messages, and other content you create with BumpLapse. We do not claim any ownership or license over your content. Since everything is stored locally, you are responsible for backing up your data.

7. Intellectual Property

The BumpLapse app, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is the property of ECOMTIME AGENCY. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

BumpLapse is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ECOMTIME AGENCY is not liable for any data loss, device issues, or damages arising from the use of the app. We recommend regular backups of your data.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Toulouse, France.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the app with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
